In 2015 we teamed up with a Cape Town company with 18 years design experience. The objective was to design and manufacture a customer feedback unit that is suitable to the South African market, as well as the rest of the continent.
With rising costs and the challenges of weaker economies, the import of feedback units can become too costly and out of reach for local businesses. Through our Cape Town partnership we are therefore proud to bring a locally designed and manufactured unit to market, providing a cost model that is better aligned with the economy.

Our software is designed and built in South Africa and the file servers are located in South Africa as well. Our pricing is Rand based, making our offering extremely competitive.
